This is how it should have looked! The weather was not kind for our open day but thank you to all that were kind and supported us . They braved endless rain and sat and had tea and cake ( wonderful cake it was too!!) We Gardeners put up with what ever the British weather throws at us -well we wouldn't do anything if we didn't!For all of you not able to come last Sunday we are open this coming Sunday -June 1st for Oundle Open Gardens. 20 gardens open in all.
I shall keep you posted on how much we raised for Thorpe hall hospice.

Oh how disappointing about the waether - I wish I could have sent you some of our sunshine (for a change) - the garden looks beautiful in your photo though and I'm sure garden visitors are a hardy breed.
